House of Harlow 1960 Sweepstakes - Official Rules 

How to Enter:  NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN.  To enter, you must submit all required information on the entry form.  By registering for the sweepstakes you agree that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the sweepstakes may be used by House of Harlow 1960 in accordance with our Privacy Policy (please see our privacy policy for more information). Limit one (1) entry per person, provided however, for each additional person that an entrant invites to learn more about House of Harlow 1960 and its partner charities and non-profits by providing such person's e-mail address in the "Invite a Friend" section of the entry form, the entrant will receive an additional entry in the sweepstakes, capped at 1 total entries per person.  All entries must be received by April 8, 2019.  Late, incomplete, or illegible/unintelligible entries are not eligible.  Any attempt by any person to attain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail accounts, names, ages, addresses, or any other methods will void all of that person's entries and that person may be disqualified.  By participating, all entrants fully and unconditionally accept these Official Rules.                              

 

Eligibility:  The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.  Participants must be age 21 or older as of the date of the entry to be eligible.  The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, county and local laws.  Void where prohibited.    

 

Selection of Winners:  1 winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about April 8, 2019.  Limit one prize per entrant.  The odds of winning depend upon each entrant's total number of entries and the overall number of entries received.  Winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail or via direct message at House of Harlow 1960's discretion within one (1) business day of the drawing.  If a selected winner is ineligible, if House of Harlow 1960 is unable to make contact with a selected winner within 48 hours from time of the initial call/e-mail to winner, or if a winner fails to pick up the prize in accordance with the terms below, the prize shall be forfeited, with no compensation owed to entrant.           

 

Awarding and Delivery of Prizes:  Winner will receive 2 tickets to attend the Revolve Festival being held on April 13 and 14, 2019 at  The Merv Griffin Estate in La Quinta, CA. To claim the prize, winners must go to the Off-Site Pick Up Location and personally pick up the ticket(s), at a time determined by House of Harlow 1960.  House of Harlow 1960 is not responsible for winners' transportation to or accommodations in connection with the Revolve Festival. This event has no affiliation with Coachella and tickets to Coachella are not included. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash.  If the event is cancelled, no substitute prizes are available except at House of Harlow 1960's sole discretion.  If the festival is rescheduled, House of Harlow 1960 is not responsible for any travel, accommodations, or other arrangements that are changed/rescheduled at cost to winner.  All decisions regarding interpretation of these Official Rules and administration of the sweepstakes made by House of Harlow 1960 are final and binding.      

    

Conditions of Participation:  Taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.  House of Harlow 1960 has the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, virus, or other technical problems corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the sweepstakes, as determined by House of Harlow 1960 in its sole discretion.  By entering this sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless House of Harlow 1960, its related companies, its parent and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.  The winner may (in House of Harlow 1960's sole discretion) be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration or affidavit of eligibility as a condition of receiving the prize.              

 

Disputes:  Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and House of Harlow 1960, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflicts of laws.  All suits or claims brought in connection with this sweepstakes must be brought in a state or federal court in Los Angeles, California.
