RETURNS & EXCHANGES
House of Harlow 1960 gladly accepts unused, unworn, or defective merchandise returns and exchanges on eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
All House of Harlow x World of Women styles are final sale.
All House of Harlow Local apparel styles are final sale.
House of Harlow 1960 does not accept returns on fine jewelry or sale items. Fine jewelry and sale items are final sale.
House of Harlow 1960 offers international shipping. All international shipments are final sale. HOH does not accept returns on international orders.
All jewelry packaging must be in tact and returned with the product.
All apparel items must be unworn, in original condition, with hangtags attached.
Any eligible returns will be refunded to your original form of payment and a return label will be issued to you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REPAIRS
House of Harlow 1960 is happy to accept repairs within 90 days of purchase.
In some cases, fees may apply. Please email us at studio@houseofharlow1960.com with your name, order number, photos, and a short description of your repair needs prior to shipping yoru item so that we can notify you if there will be a charge for your repair.
We will repair any breakage caused by manufacturer defect only within 90 days of receipt of purchase.
Repairs needed after 90 days of receipt caused by misuses or typical wear and tear will incur an additional repair fee.
Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete and all repairs are subject to shipping charges.
All repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
